About the role
Under the direction of the HR Operations Supervisor, the Health and Safety / Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Analyst independently performs journey-level analytical and consultative work to coordinate and administer a range of human resources, health and safety, and equal employment opportunity programs. The incumbent performs a wide range of sensitive analytical program work related to a variety of programs, including completion of mandated functions, activities, and reporting requirements.

Desirable Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing EEO policies, processes and procedures
- Experience with health and safety programs
- Experience collecting, researching, and analyzing data for preparation of written reports and memorandums
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple assignments
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Ability to remain neutral, impartial, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues and/or information
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex laws, regulations, and policies
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
