Health Records and Clinical Coding Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Health Records and Clinical Coding Manager to join our management team at Gilbert Bain Hospital. Reporting to the Planned Care Operational Manager, this role involves providing a comprehensive health records service and supporting the development and implementation of new technology aligned with the eHealth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive health records service
• Assist with the development and implementation of new technology
• Proactively lead and support the Health Records and Reception Team Leaders in service development and staff training

Requirements

• A relevant first degree
• Experience at a senior level in informatics and business administration

Full time – 36 hours per week
