Responsibilities
- Lead product portfolio lifecycle management, ensuring accurate master data, pricing, stocks and documentation is maintained.
- Own revenue and profitability targets for the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales to position products, create value propositions, and support key customer engagements.
- Develop and deliver impactful capability and product presentations to customers.
- Cook with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, pricing) to drive pipeline projects.
- Monitor product performance, identify gaps, and recommend portfolio development initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify new business opportunities, develop campaigns, marketing collateral, and training material.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business development, or technical sales in functional ingredients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
