Responsibilities

• Manage claims processing and ensure timely and accurate submission to insurance carriers.
• Handle customer inquiries related to health plan benefits and services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare billing systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial.
