Health Management Clinical Consultant

Responsibilities
- Maintain a client book of business and strategically manage and consult on wellness program objectives.
- Maintain and nurture vendor relationships that enhance and support the clinical and fiscal goals of client programming.
- Analyze healthcare data, provide risk stratification, and assist in care coordination to ensure proper utilization of plan resources.
- Support the team in client meetings, develop wellness programs, and create engaging presentations that drive employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience delivering clinical consultant services to clients, preferably in a healthcare consulting or brokerage environment, health insurance carrier, or provider system.
- Strong knowledge of group health benefits design and experience in population health management, occupational health & safety management, and/or healthcare quality and operations management.
- Experience in developing and executing wellness programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, Physician Assistant Program, or School of Nursing; MBA, Master of Public Health, or Master of Health Administration preferred.
- A degree in fitness, nursing, exercise science, or a related health/wellness field.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with chronic condition management strategies.
- Certification in Certified Wellness Program Specialist (CWWS).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of group health benefits design and population health management.
- Experience in wellness program development and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
