Clinical Consultant

About the role

Courageous Steps, a non-profit organization serving communities in Eastern and Northern Maine, is seeking a Clinical Consultant to support the growth and development of their Home & Community services and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation, staff coaching, treatment oversight, and quality assurance support for Home & Community services and related programs.
• Ensure services are clinically appropriate, individualized, compliant with MaineCare and program standards, and implemented with fidelity to treatment goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in social work or related field.
• LCSW or LCPC licensure required.
• Availability on evenings and school vacations to meet via zoom.
• Availability to respond to emails/messages.
