Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare organizations across the country to improve patient education, strengthen clinical workflows, and increase patient engagement through innovative technology.
- Combine clinical expertise, implementation leadership, customer education, and strategic partnership to help hospitals realize measurable value from their SONIFI Health solutions.
- Travel approximately 30% throughout the United States, including overnight travel by air and ground transportation to support customer implementations, training, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN required) with 3-5 years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate clinical workflows, patient education programs, and nursing operations while effectively communicating clinical concepts and recommendations to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with experience leading meetings, delivering clinical training, influencing stakeholders, and building trusted relationships across all levels of a healthcare organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple customer implementations, adjust priorities, evaluate business and project impacts, and make informed decisions that support successful customer outcomes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, along with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn healthcare technology platforms and custom software applications.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence, and guide both internal teams and customer stakeholders without direct supervisory authority while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Patient Educator is strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing healthcare technology, patient engagement platforms, or patient education solutions.
- Experience supporting healthcare software implementations, customer success, clinical consulting, or workflow optimization initiatives.
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, or Customer Success teams as a clinical subject matter expert.

Pay
Expected salary range: $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time position with some travel required.
