About the role
Join the Senior Benefit Services team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while building a long-term, rewarding career in insurance sales.
Responsibilities
- Consult with prospects and clients on health-related products and services
- Aid Medicare-eligible individuals in selecting insurance coverage that fits their needs
- Support clients through enrollment while answering coverage questions
- Work with existing clients and company-provided leads to build a book of business
Requirements
- Broad product portfolio allowing you to truly consult, not just sell
- Opportunity to build substantial long-term residual income
- Up to $2,500 in bonus opportunities within the first three months
- Annual incentive trip opportunities, including eligibility for the 2027 Cabo trip for qualifying new agents
- Health Insurance available
- Full office support staff dedicated to serving you and your clients
- CRM system to manage appointments, clients, and goals
- Weekly training and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- No insurance license required to apply but must be obtained by start date
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfort using technology and CRM systems
- Prior sales or insurance experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
