- Manage a team of developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Monitor progress against project plans and adjust as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.
Requirements
Experience in software development and project management is essential. Proficiency in Agile methodologies is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Skills
- Proficient in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
