Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of developers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor progress against project plans and adjust as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.

Requirements

Experience in software development and project management is essential. Proficiency in Agile methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Skills

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
