About the role
The role involves releasing information to external health services, collecting documents from clinical areas, preparing, scanning, quality checking, validating, and archiving medical record documents.
Responsibilities
- Release of Information to external health services
- Document collection from clinical areas
- Preparation, scanning, quality checks, validation, and archiving of medical record documents
- Other HIS administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Higher School Certificate/Victorian Certificate of Education
- Highly developed organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Administrative and customer service experience in a hospital environment desirable
