Job Summary The Health Informatics Specialist III is an experienced informatics nurse and internal consultant who collaborates with clinical, business, and Digital & Technology Services (DTS) teams to design, implement, and optimize clinical and non-clinical information systems across the CHOP enterprise. This role involves engaging in enterprise, capital, and operational projects, utilizing process improvement and change management techniques to reduce harm and risk, enhance workflows, and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated technologies. The position also includes mentoring team members, creating reusable templates, developing workflow standards, documenting lessons learned, and training internal resources.
