  • Education And/or Experience
  • One year certificate/diploma from college or technical school.
  • Prefers three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ohio LPN License required.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Current BLS certification required.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk, hear or smell. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee will also be required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
