About the role

We are recruiting for a Mental Health Program Director position in Madill, Oklahoma. This role will oversee a mental health program and will be responsible for providing psychiatric medical care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of the mental health program
• Provide psychiatric medical care to clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, or a related field
• A valid medical license
• Experience in providing psychiatric medical care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health care
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits package.
