Health Content & Social Manager (Longevity Telehealth)
About the role
Levers is hiring a Health Content & Social Manager to own our words and voice across every channel, and to build our organic social and content engine. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for a health-obsessed marketer who can write, create, and ship content every day.
What You'll Own
- Own the copy, all of it. Drug-adjacent, direct-response, and brand copy across ads, landing pages, website, email, SMS, and brand and marketing decks. You are the words behind every customer touchpoint. You do not write every email yourself, but you own the voice, the strategy, and the highest-leverage copy. You must be well versed in the health and longevity world to do this well, including being comfortably familiar with talking about peptides and their benefits.
- Own organic social end to end. Strategy, content calendar, and short-form production across Instagram and TikTok, from idea to posted on a consistent cadence. You own the briefs, the strategy, and the copy, and you work closely with our designer and an editor to produce the volume.
- Feed the paid creative engine. Turn organic winners and UGC into a steady supply of ad creative, working directly with the designer, the performance agency, and the Growth Marketing Manager on hooks, angles, and messaging. Organic feeds performance, performance feeds organic, and you keep that cycle spinning.
- Run community and creator relationships. Own DMs, comments, and engagement, and build real relationships with our audience. This includes shepherding UGC creators and affiliates on brand voice and what we do and do not say, in partnership with the Growth Marketing Manager and our future partnerships lead.
- Drive email and SMS content with our agency. Own the copy and the content strategy for lifecycle. Our retention agency executes the build, you supply the words, the calendar, and the ideas that convert.
- Create content, on camera where it fits. Produce educational and UGC-style short-form, ideally as a credible on-camera face, and direct or brief creators to keep volume high.
- Own and guard the brand voice. Build and maintain the brand voice and the health-claims guardrails so everything sounds unmistakably like Levers and stays compliant. At this stage, performance and volume lead, and brand voice grows in importance as we scale, but you are the keeper of it from day one.
- Improve and amplify the look and feel. Be the taste-keeper and help push our aesthetic forward across content and the site. Image selection, helping produce shoots, reviewing UGC, and making sure everything feels on brand. In your first few months you will help shepherd a brand refresh. You do light edits yourself and partner with the designer for heavier production.
- Create brand and marketing decks. Produce on-brand decks and assets for partnerships, B2B outreach, press, internal use, and to support our agencies and web design work.
- Improve website and funnel copy. Write and sharpen site, landing-page, and product copy, working with the Shopify developer and the Growth Marketing Manager to ship the changes.
Traits for a Great Fit (Requirements)
- You are a strong, fast writer. Direct-response and brand copy both. You can write to a brief and in a brand voice, across formats, quickly.
- You are social-native and hands-on. You have personally run an account, including the calendar, short-form production, posting, and growth. You have a portfolio of content you made yourself.
- You live and breathe content and copy. You study and follow the best creators and writers, and you study what is working for them and why. You are genuinely interested in and passionate about this craft.
- You walk the walk of health. You are committed to your own personal growth. You are healthy and disciplined, you use this stuff yourself or are deeply curious about it, and you take your own health seriously. We practice what we preach.
- You understand peptides and the wider health and wellness landscape. You are comfortable talking about peptides and their benefits. You know the voices and the brands in the space and how they differ (you know the difference between a Mark Hyman and an Andrew Huberman), and you understand how a winning longevity brand is built. You do not need to be a doctor or a nurse, but you do need a real base of understanding. You are familiar with terms such as insulin sensitivity, metabolic dysfunction, and PMOS, and you are eager to learn more. We are not going to pay to train you on the fundamentals of this world, but you will definitely learn as you go too.
- You have taste. You know what looks and feels good and on brand. You have light editing skills and you are comfortable directing a designer and an editor.
- On camera is a strong plus. Comfort being a face for the brand will move you to the front of the line, which is also why you should be someone who genuinely walks the walk on health.
- You are execution-first. You ship every day. High output, high agency, and you own the outcome. There is strategy in this role, but we are hiring you to produce.
- You are fluent with AI tools and use them to work faster and better, and you can show us how. This is not "I use ChatGPT." We mean real, integrated AI workflows: systems, tools, and processes that compound your output, from content scrapers and idea generation to drafting and editing. This is not about churning out AI copy slop.
- You thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment with high trust and high expectations. Hard-working, high-integrity, and a clear communicator.
Role Details and Upside
- Operate at the frontier of one of the fastest-growing areas of consumer health, on a brand that stands for something and actually cares.
- A high-output, high-agency, high-autonomy content and ownership role for a creator and writer who wants to help build a brand, not just post for one.
- A competitive salary and compensation package, commensurate with experience and geography. This role is salary based, without a separate performance bonus.
- This is a role you grow inside of. The personal and professional growth on offer here is significant, and you will get out what you put in. You will help grow the team, with a clear path to leadership.
- Rapidly growing, founder-led brand with real momentum (currently 8 employees), built on trust, empowerment, world-class service, and authenticity.
- Bootstrapped and profitable, growing fast on our own cash flow. That means real stability now and the leverage to raise later from a position of strength, not desperation.
- Direct access to and partnership with the founder. You report straight to the CEO, with the autonomy to own your domain and the trust to run.
- A results- and values-oriented culture with flexibility to work how you work best.
- Fully remote within the US or global, with flexible hours.
