Nurse Practitioner - Hormones, Peptides, and Longevity (Telehealth)

About the role

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in this mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and holistic care across multiple therapeutic areas including peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss, anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skincare.
• Conduct professional telehealth consultations with patients, including hormone and general health assessments, lab screening, prescribing medication, and follow-up care as needed.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Employ shared decision-making with patients and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health history, wellness goals, and access to medication.
• Support patients throughout their journey by managing medication side effects and adjusting the treatment plan based on patient progress.
• Complete required onboarding, engage in quality assurance processes, complete new provider training and quizzes, and adhere to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in more than one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
• Active DEA in good standing in at least 1 state with a current license authorizing the prescription of Schedule III-V substances.
• Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner; 3-5+ years is preferred.
• Experience in at least several of the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss (GLP-1), anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skin care. Training is included but experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on patient education and health built on a foundation of clarity and compassion.
• A patient-centered approach with an emphasis on care quality and outcomes.
• Willingness to learn, continue education, and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field.
• Minimum of 10 hours a week availability, available to book out at least a month in advance.

What We Offer

• Pay is on a per engagement basis, from $80+ per hour (20- minute appointments $35, 45-minute appointments $65) plus guaranteed payment for no shows or late cancellations. Actual pay rate is determined based on type of appointment, level of experience, and area of expertise.
