HEALTH COACH- WORKFORCE HEALTH

About the role

The Health Coach is responsible for conducting health appraisals and screenings, delivering presentations, and supporting wellness initiatives for corporate clients. This role focuses on promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors through education, coaching, and program facilitation. Travel is required. This position is hybrid, based at our CP-NORTH HILLS HEALTH CENTER facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health appraisals and screenings
• Deliver presentations
• Support wellness initiatives for corporate clients
• Promote healthy lifestyle behaviors through education, coaching, and program facilitation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate wellness, health education, or program development
• Bachelor's degree in health education, dietetics, exercise physiology, or related field
• Strong communication, organization, and group facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technology tools
• Valid Driver's License
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent within three months of hire

Qualifications

• Healthcare organization experience preferred
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing strategies preferred
• Master's degree in a health-related field preferred
• Wellness or Health Coaching certification endorsed by NSHC, ACE or Wellcoaches preferred
