Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated or human coaching dialogue for accuracy, tone, empathy, and actionability.
• Annotate quality dimensions such as goal-setting effectiveness, motivational technique, and personalization.
• Identify unsafe, misleading, or non-evidence-based advice and flag for correction.
• Compare responses against best-practice coaching frameworks.
• Provide structured feedback and ratings to support model improvement.
• Help refine annotation rubrics based on recurring quality issues.

Requirements

• Have a background in health coaching, behavior change, public health, nursing, or related field.
• Understand coaching methodologies and behavior change principles.
• Possess strong written communication skills and sound judgment on health-related content.
• Ability to apply structured rubrics consistently.
