About the role
The Health Center Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement process for medical supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement process for medical supplies and equipment
- Research and evaluate suppliers
- Prepare and execute purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with procurement software tools is a plus
