Health Care & Social Services Expert

This remote, project-based role is for U.S.-based health care and social services professionals who can create and provide high-quality domain data for AI training and research. Deliverables may include synthetic or properly de-identified intake forms, care plans, staffing schedules, prior-authorization packets, denial and billing logs, and quality logs. Location United States only Engagement Flexible contract projects Compensation $100/hour Schedule Flexible; varies by project What you’ll do Create realistic health care and social services datasets, with an initial focus on de-identified intake forms, care plans, staffing schedules, prior-authorization packets, denial and billing logs, and quality logs.Annotate service setting, needs, goals, interventions, authorization steps, staffing constraints, outcomes, and quality indicators using accurate terminology.Review artifacts for clinical or operational realism, continuity, coding or billing consistency, and potential safety or equity issues.Use synthetic or properly de-identified materials and remove protected health information, case identifiers, payer IDs, and other restricted data before contribution. Required Qualifications Currently based in the United States.Legally authorized to work in the United States.Relevant experience or training in clinical care, social work, behavioral health, care management, health administration, billing, quality, or community services.Working knowledge of documentation, privacy, service-delivery, authorization, staffing, or quality workflows in at least one care setting.Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and respect for HIPAA and other privacy requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience preparing intake forms, care plans, staffing schedules, prior-authorization packets, denial logs, billing logs, or quality reports.Active clinical, social-work, coding, case-management, billing, or health-administration credentials.Background in utilization review, compliance, quality assurance, education, research, or health technology.
