Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Care Recruiter to join our team at Shift Seekers in Beachwood, OH. As a Health Care Recruiter, you will play a critical role in our supplementary team, working closely with our frontline healthcare workers in Long Term Care. Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment
• Coordinate and carry out policies and programs to all staff members on the team
• Verify employees with work and personnel records as necessary
• Assist with new employee orientation programs, explaining policies and procedures, salary, benefits, etc.
• Initiate and maintain employee records for current employees as well as all new hires
• Participate in job evaluations and wage and benefit surveys to determine competitive wage rates
• Coordinate and carry out recruitment and hiring process to fill vacant positions

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Long Term Care Supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Health Care Recruitment
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and a minimum of basic Excel skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all payroll, medical, and health-related information
• Agree not to disclose employees or residents' protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator
