Job Summary
Impactful Home Care is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiters to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our agency.
Responsibilities
- Implement recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet our agency's standards and requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and have a strong commitment to providing quality care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to identify potential talent and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance, including preparing and presenting job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Spanish speaking
- Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and certifications.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
