Job Summary

Impactful Home Care is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Recruiters to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our agency.

Responsibilities

  • Implement recruitment strategies to attract and source qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure they meet our agency's standards and requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and have a strong commitment to providing quality care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to identify potential talent and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance, including preparing and presenting job offers, negotiating terms, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Spanish speaking
  • Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and certifications.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of others through healthcare recruitment.
