About the Opportunity:The HEALTH CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role is designed to manage inbound and outbound communications, resolving inquiries about insurance and billing. This position plays a key role in facilitating payment arrangements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and financial operations.
