Health Care Attorney
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an associate health care attorney with 2+ years' experience to join our teams in Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
About the role
Qualified candidates will have broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy, and compliance. Experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations is a plus, as is experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology.
Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong project management skills and the ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments are required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a health care attorney
- Broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy, and compliance
- Experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters (preferred)
- Experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology (preferred)
- Excellent academic credentials
- High ethical standards
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong project management skills

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000. The actual salary will be determined based on background, experience, and education, consistent with applicable law.
