The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:

• Taking care of customers
• Creating seasonal display features
• Moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor

Additional Compensation

Annual or quarterly performance incentives are included. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
