Responsibilities

• Advising customers on our skincare products and their benefits
• Aiding customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
• Meting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Handling cash and performing daily administrative tasks
• Tracking progress towards personal and team goals
• Consulting with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Pay

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
