Health and Beauty Associate
The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:
- Taking care of customers
- Moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- Creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs
Additional Compensation
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
- Ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour
- May be applied multiple times if applicable criteria are met
