Health and Beauty Associate

The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:

  • Taking care of customers
  • Moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
  • Creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation includes:

  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed
  • Ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour
  • May be applied multiple times if applicable criteria are met
