The Health and Beauty associate is responsible for:

• Taking care of customers
• Maintaining a clean and organized store
• Performing inventory checks
• Assisting customers with product selection and usage
• Managing stock levels and restocking shelves
• Participating in seasonal display creation
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed
