Responsibilities
- Oversight of clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services
- Implementation, maintenance, and revision of nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures as needed
- Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members
- Collaboration with community administrators to ensure staff receive required orientation, training, and ongoing education
- Conducting regular resident assessments and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date
- Maintaining compliance with state, federal, and Americare regulations
- Managing medication systems to ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Proven nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
- Sound judgment, organization, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay
Total Compensation: $64,000-$74,500 (Salary + Bonus Potential)
