Responsibilities

  • Oversight of clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services
  • Implementation, maintenance, and revision of nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures as needed
  • Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members
  • Collaboration with community administrators to ensure staff receive required orientation, training, and ongoing education
  • Conducting regular resident assessments and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Maintaining compliance with state, federal, and Americare regulations
  • Managing medication systems to ensure regulatory compliance and resident safety
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents

Qualifications

  • Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Proven nursing leadership experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
  • Sound judgment, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay

Total Compensation: $64,000-$74,500 (Salary + Bonus Potential)
