Responsibilities

• Identifying and assessing occupational risks on the ground (for employees and subcontractors);
• Participating in the implementation of the site’s HSE action plan and contributing to the continuous improvement of existing systems;
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards, in line with local regulations and Group requirements;
• Participating in internal HSE audits and assisting in the resolution of non-conformities;
• Monitoring incidents and accidents: conducting analyses, writing reports, and proposing corrective and preventive actions;
• Ensuring proper use of personal and collective protective equipment;
• Contributing to training, awareness, and information campaigns for teams;
• Supporting the site in certification processes (notably ISO 45001);
• Collaborating cross-functionally with QHSE, maintenance, and production teams.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of HSE standards and applicable regulations;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong observational skills;
• Strong communication and awareness-building abilities;
• Proficiency in risk analysis tools, action planning, and performance indicators;
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with site stakeholders.

Profile

• Degree in QHSE Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within an industrial setting, preferably in the mining or heavy industry sectors;
• Position based in the Eastern region, requiring willingness to be geographically mobile.
