Health and Physical Education Teacher

Anticipated position for the 2026-2027 school year at Whiton Elementary School (August 31, 2026 - June 30, 2027). Tenure track.

Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible for a New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate teaching endorsement.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of child growth and development as well as effective instructional strategies.
• Ability to engage students in learning.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent classroom management skills and technology skills.

Pay

Following the established salary guide ranging from $64,489.00 to $101,795.00, commensurate with experience.
