Responsibilities
- Assist in management of daily operations of the Fitness Center.
- Acts as Lead for Kroc Health & Fitness Attendants.
- Recommend various personnel actions to the Health & Fitness Manager, including discipline, staffing, employee feedback, training needs, etc.
- Assist in development and implementation of Personal Trainers and Fitness Attendants.
- Assist in promotion and marketing of Kroc Leagues and Sports with the Health & Fitness Manager.
- Assist in ensuring a world class experience for participants through excellent organization.
- Other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in leagues, sports and/or customer service related industries.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm and CPR training within the first 30 days of employment.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn electronic reporting systems.
Skills/Abilities
- Able to speak, write and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership, field personnel, and clientele.

Physical Requirements
- Good speaking, hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
- Lifting, pulling, and pushing of materials up to 25 pounds.
- May require bending, squatting, walking.
- May require standing for extended periods.
Working Conditions
- Work is performed in various environments.
- May require some weekend and evening work.
