Responsibilities

Providing strategic, analytic, and technical support to healthcare payer and provider clients
Analyzing complex business issues and developing actionable insights to enhance client strategies
Utilizing data analytics and benchmarking studies to inform cost management and benefits administration
Collaborating with teams to design and implement compensation and benefits strategies
Conducting cost-benefit analysis and market analysis to support client decision-making
Managing stakeholder engagement and building quality relationships with clients
Reviewing and refining work for accuracy and relevance to maintain professional standards
Leveraging tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends and inform client solutions
Guiding and mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development
Holding oneself accountable for upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance, Science, Taxation, Other
Demonstrating proficiency in Benefit Plan Analysis and Compensation Structuring
Utilizing Agile Performance Measurement for efficient project delivery
Excelling in Data Analytics and Workforce Analytics for strategic insights
Navigating complex regulatory environments with Regulatory Compliance Consulting
Developing Reward and Benefits Reporting & Corporate Governance strategies
Building meaningful client connections through effective Stakeholder Engagement

Qualifications

Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
