About the role
Lowndes Academy is seeking a School Headmaster with a background in education and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Directing all daily operations of the school
- S supporting school faculty and staff
- Managing all school policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with students and families
- Promoting the Christian values and family atmosphere of Lowndes Academy, and sharing our mission of service to the community
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Administration strongly preferred
- Experience in high school education
- Experience in school administration and leadership
- Experience in an AISA or similarly operated private school environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- Commitment to academic achievement and student success
