About the role

Join an existing Headache Neurology Team of 3 physicians in a growing Neuroscience Department at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists including Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Psychiatry, Pain Medicine, and Radiology to provide comprehensive evaluations and individual care.
• Participate in a multidisciplinary team that includes Radiologists, Clinical Pharmacists, Nursing Dietitians, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists.
• Work alongside faculty members in various specialties such as General, Pediatric, Neurohospitalist, Movement, ALS, Concussion, Epilepsy, MS, Neuro Ophthalmology, Neuropsychology, and Stroke Care.
• Contribute to the Level 3 Epilepsy and Seizure Center, which is the first of its kind in the region.
• Benefit from an established Neurology Residency Program and a new Medical Office Building with dedicated space for Neurology and Neurophysiology.

Requirements

• MD or DO Medical Degree
• Eligible to be state licensed in the United States
• United States Residency and/or Fellowship training
• United States Board Eligible or Certified by law
