Head Women's Lacrosse Coach
Kutztown University is an NCAA Division II member institution which competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC).
About the role
The Head Women's Lacrosse Coach is responsible for all phases of the women's lacrosse program including:
- Recruitment of prospective student athletes
- Academic success of student athletes
- Game preparation and strategy
- Supervision of assistant coaches
- Scheduling, organizing camps and clinics in support of Kutztown Athletics
- Fundraising
- Adherence to NCAA rules and regulations
- General administrative duties
The Head Coach will support the philosophy, goals, and mission of the University and its Intercollegiate Athletics program as well as adhere to Departmental, University, Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three years coaching experience at the collegiate level
- Experience recruiting collegiate athletes
- Knowledge of NCAA rules
Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching and recruiting experience at the NCAA DII level
Additional Information
This position may be eligible for a flexible hybrid work arrangement, permitting a combination of on-site and remote work, subject to applicable organizational policies, operational requirements, and supervisory approval.
All candidates must successfully complete a background check including PA Criminal, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Clearance, as well as demonstrate ability.
