Head Coach Varsity Boys' Lacrosse Needed
Westlake High School in Ventura County seeks an experienced Lacrosse coach to lead the Boys' Lacrosse program and maintain a winning tradition within the Marmonte League and CIF Southern Section.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for players
• Manage team logistics including scheduling, travel arrangements, and equipment needs
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate practices and games
• Attend league meetings and participate in conference calls
• Work closely with the Athletic Director and administration to ensure compliance with school policies and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
• At least 3 years of successful coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with lacrosse skills development and game strategy
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel for games and tournaments

Skills

• Lacrosse coaching experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
