This is a fast-paced, interactive position with CCFBank, a successful financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. We are looking for a committed individual with excellent communication skills to lead our Teller Team while remaining customer-oriented and eager to build and maintain customer relationships. As a Head Teller/ Universal Banker, you will be responsible for establishing, retaining, and deepening customer relationships by performing efficient and accurate banking transactions including but not limited to opening and closing accounts in support of Bank goals and objectives. Bonus points if you’re community focused and excited about making a positive difference for those around you. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who works well in a team environment with excellent communication skills. They must display poise and have an engaging, empathetic communication style to achieve success in this job. The work involves driving toward results by gaining commitment and buy-in from others. While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are ultimately achieved with the help of other people. Someone in this role must have a sincere appreciation for people. They should be comfortable selling their ideas, whether that's a new process within the organization or a new product or service in the market. The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented. Responsibilities
- Provides daily supervision to teller staff and assigns duties.
- Performs personnel actions including performance appraisals, scheduling, approving timesheets, and interviewing candidates
