About the role

Your Purpose Will Be The person in the position of Financial Service Representative (Banker/Teller) will provide exceptional member service by identifying the needs and offering the best financial solution to each member, processing transactions, educating on loans, and resolving problems. This person will strive to increase member satisfaction and account retention by educating members on CU resources and opportunities while building valued and lasting relationships based on positive service. Also, every employee is responsible for fulfilling our Mission Statement: We elevate our members' financial experience through best-in-class Service and Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our members through excellent service to ensure their financial needs are met – this is done by actively listening and engaging members, analyzing their needs, educating them on credit union products and solutions, while asking for their business to ensure we are helping them take on the best products for them to reach their financial goals.
• Receive and accurately process member financial transactions, including but not limited to: processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, and other member transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
