Your role
- Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs
- Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for preschoolers
- Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families
- Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom
Qualifications
- Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education
- Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred
- Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs
- Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis)
