About the role

Paynesville Independent School District #741 is in search of a Head Speech Advisor for the 2026-2027 School Year. This position is responsible for advising and overseeing students in Speech. They are to maintain the individuals and program within the guidelines and philosophies of the Paynesville Area Schools Activities Department and the MSHSL.

Responsibilities

• Advise and oversee students in Speech
• Maintain individuals and program within guidelines and philosophies of Paynesville Area Schools Activities Department and the MSHSL
• Be an example of sportsmanship

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred, but not required
• Demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development and self-discipline
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the community
• Comply and support all rules and regulations of the MSHSL and Paynesville Area Schools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay

Pay range per season: $3,057.82 - $3,597.44
