Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-wide resourcing and budget tracking for PDD portfolio
- Drive planning governance in partnership with Finance and HR
- Facilitate cross-functional governance to maintain financial performance transparency
- Engage with team and leadership for data-driven insights
- Develop departmental plans aligned with business priorities
- Shape metrics frameworks measuring BSO and PDD performance
- Lead planning and forecasting processes to align resources and budgets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or similar field preferred
- 15+ years in business operations or enterprise planning
- 6+ years in senior leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
- Experience in driving resource planning in complex organizations, preferably in life sciences
- Proficient with enterprise planning tools like Anaplan or Tableau
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior executives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
