Accountabilities
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of a global partner ecosystem designed to generate sustainable business growth and strengthen market presence.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy focused on partner-sourced pipeline, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, including HR technology providers, payroll platforms, consultants, brokers, accounting firms, systems integrators, investment ecosystems, and other key market influencers.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate high-value partners across global markets.
- Create scalable referral, co-selling, and channel programs that increase partner contribution and commercial impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Growth, and Revenue Operations teams to maximize partnership opportunities.
- Led complex commercial negotiations and establish partnership agreements that deliver measurable value for all stakeholders.
- Define partnership operating models, performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and optimization strategies.
- Monitor partner performance, identify market opportunities, and provide insights that influence broader business strategy.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a strategic partnerships leader with a strong commercial background and a proven ability to build revenue-generating ecosystems within technology-driven industries.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development within SaaS, HR technology, payroll, fintech, or related sectors.
- Previous experience with Employer of Record (EOR) solutions or global workforce platforms is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success creating and scaling partnership programs that generate measurable revenue outcomes.
- Strong experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing relationships with senior executives.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and customer-facing teams.
- Experience designing partner programs, incentive models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent executive communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and ability to translate partnerships into measurable business results.
