We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "The Global Head of Partnerships is responsible for leading Aon's global brand partnerships and sponsorships marketing strategy and portfolio, ensuring partnership investments and activation programs align with business objectives, marketing priorities, and growth goals. The leader serves as a strategic partner to commercial and marketing team members, using partnerships and sponsorships to build significant client experiences, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable business impact." - Location: US, Singapore or Poland - "Aon is in the business of better decisions ..." (some boilerplate about mission, but maybe we can include as part of About the role? It's generic but maybe we keep as part of About the role? It's not a heading but we can include as prose.) - "What The Day Will Look Like" then bullet-like sentences: "Overall responsibility for leading global partnership initiatives, including implementation of the partnership marketing strategy to ensure investments and activation initiatives are aligned with broader business and marketing strategies to drive growth", "Integrate with commercial leaders to understand their goals and objectives, and help them achieve impact through partnerships", "Lead the selection of partnership properties, negotiation, acquisition of rights and benefits, and execution of partnership marketing programs", "Actively align with the Aon Story strategy, messaging and storytelling crafting immersive multi-channel client experiences", "Evaluate, monitor, and report on portfolio performance and ROI to demonstrate impact and advise future direction", "Build a positive relationship with leaders, becoming a trusted advisor and ultimately improving return on investment", "In partnership with the business liaise with clients, as needed", "Develop, lead and manage rights holders, external agencies and influential team members as it relates to activating partnerships", "Lead governance framework built to drive efficiency and consistency globally", "Support in the management, mentorship, development, and growth of the team dedicated to partnership marketing". These are responsibilities. - Then "Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success" with bullet-like sentences: "Senior and accomplished professional in partnership marketing; skilled in developing, negotiating, selling and/or running large partnership programs with top brands", "Strong background and achievements in developing and delivering multi-market programs", "Strong business sense, with the proven track record to think strategically and independently, translating strategies into strong execution and implementation while driving effectiveness and efficiency across diverse geographies", "Outstanding standout colleague with the confidence and integrity to earn cross-functional confidence and garner support and advocacy with senior management", "Proficiency in budget management, financial forecasting and results measurement", "Ability to work collaboratively and handle multi-cultural differences in a matrix organization with multiple global / regional / local partners". Also note: "For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances." That's a note but maybe not needed. - Then "Pay Transparency Laws" with salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Also mention actual salary varies based on education, experience, etc. Also mention eligible for annual incentive plans. - Then "A summary of all the benefits offered for this position: Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon’s discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance. This role does not accrue vacation. Rather, this role is eligible to take paid time off at the discretion of the employee and management in accordance with company policy and practices. Various other types of leaves of absence; paid sick leave as provided under state and local paid sick leave laws, short-term disability and optional long-term disability, health savings account, health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts, employee and dependent life insurance and supplemental life and AD&D insurance; optional personal insurance policies, adoption assistance, tuition assistance, commuter benefits, and an employee assistance program that includes free counseling sessions. Eligibility for benefits is governed by the applicable plan documents and policies." - Then "2586085" maybe job ID. We need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: we have intro paragraph describing role. Also maybe location? Could include location in About the role. We'll put that as prose. - Responsibilities: we have the list under "What The Day Will Look Like". Those are responsibilities. So we can put

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. - Requirements: maybe not explicit separate section; but we have "Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success" which could be Skills. Also maybe "Qualifications" could be similar. The posting does not separate qualifications vs skills. We could treat "Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success" as Skills. For Requirements maybe we could include location? But location is not a requirement. Could include "Senior and accomplished professional..." as Requirements? However we need to avoid thin sections. We could combine Requirements and Skills into one Skills section. But the instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We could have Skills section with the list. For Requirements maybe we could note "Senior and accomplished professional in partnership marketing; skilled in developing, negotiating, selling and/or running large partnership programs with top brands" etc. But that's essentially skills. Might be better to have Skills section and maybe Qualifications empty -> omit. We need to include Pay section: we have salary range and incentive info. So

    Pay

with prose. Benefits: we have benefits description. So

    Benefits

with prose (maybe list? but it's prose). Could also make list but it's fine. Schedule: not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. Qualifications: not explicitly separate; we could treat "Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success" as Qualifications? But we already have Skills. Might be better to have Qualifications as the same list? However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Requirements, Qualifications, Skills into one Skills section. But we need headings for each if we include. Better to have just Skills section and maybe Requirements omitted. But we need to include at least one of those headings if we have content. Let's decide: We'll have About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. Check if any content for Requirements: maybe we could pull out "Senior and accomplished professional in partnership marketing; skilled in developing, negotiating, selling and/or running large partnership programs with top brands" as a requirement. But that's skill. We'll put under Skills. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We removed those. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include location, mission statement? The mission statement "Aon is in the business of better decisions..." is somewhat generic but it's substantive? It's about company values. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the posting. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The mission statement is not exactly those categories; it's more about company culture. Might be okay to keep in About the role. We also need to include location: US, Singapore or Poland. We need to include the note about Fair Chance ordinances? That's a legal note but maybe considered EEO? It's about arrest and conviction record. Might be considered EEO/legal. Probably remove. We need to include the note about unsolicited resumes from search firms: that's application instruction/legal, remove. We need to include "Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties..." that's legal, remove. We need to include "Pay Transparency Laws" heading? That's not a boilerplate; it's about pay range. We'll keep the content under Pay. We need to include the benefits summary; keep. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role
