About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Arcitect and execute a multi-year global workplace strategy
• Lead, scale, and inspire a global multidisciplinary organization
• Drive employee retention and talent acquisition through workplace culture
• Oversee a multi-million dollar OPEX/CAPEX budget with ROI focus
• Pioneer emerging workplace technologies and sustainable practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, or Engineering
• 10+ years of Account Management or Outsourcing Management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of technological advances, change management, and organizational leadership
