Head of Workplace Strategy and Services

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Workplace Strategy And Services to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Mountain View, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $226,000 – $278,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a global workplace strategy that aligns with the company's mission
• Lead and scale a global multidisciplinary organization while fostering a high-performance culture
• Serve as a steward of the company's culture to enhance employee retention and acquisition
• Direct a multi-million dollar OPEX/CAPEX budget with a focus on ROI analysis
• Pioneer the adoption of emerging workplace technologies and sustainable practices

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, or Engineering
• 10+ years of Account Management or Outsourcing Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of technological advances and workplace strategies
• Ability to manage change and lead organizations effectively
