About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a consumer-facing environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Launch and execute fulfillment center launch plans from start to finish
- Design and optimize facility layouts and manage equipment installation
- Manage contractor and vendor relationships to ensure on-schedule construction
- Forecast future warehouse capacity based on growth data
- Lead initiatives to optimize existing spaces while minimizing disruption
- Oversee preventive maintenance for critical systems across the network
- Ensure compliance with operational, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Drive process improvements to enhance cost efficiency and delivery speed
Requirements
- 5+ years in Fulfillment Center Operations or Program Management
- 5+ years of negotiation skills; commercial real estate knowledge preferred
- Experience in space planning, labor modeling, and process improvement
- Proven record in managing enterprise projects and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
