Head of Warehouse Network Expansion and Facilities

The Head of Warehouse Network Expansion and Facilities is responsible for shaping and scaling a growing fulfillment network through strategic expansion and operational optimization. Key accountabilities include:

• Leading the development of new warehouse facilities
• Improving the performance, capacity, and efficiency of existing locations
• Working across operations, engineering, safety, and business teams to deliver high-impact projects from concept through execution
• Influencing network growth, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences through optimized fulfillment operations

This role requires strong project leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure programs involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in fulfillment center operations, warehouse operations, or program management
• Proven experience managing enterprise projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of space planning, labor modeling, process improvement, and operational optimization
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience with commercial real estate, including lease negotiations or facility expansion projects
