Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company's long-term growth strategy
- Operationalize cross-functional growth initiatives to meet DAU and MAU targets
- Conduct strategic analyses to guide executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape product roadmaps and tests
- Establish and oversee goals for DAU initiatives, ensuring accountability across teams
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Lead updates regarding DAU and MAU growth efforts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth strategy or cross-functional roles in consumer technology
- Experience leading company-level growth programs with visibility to executive leadership
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience in large dataset analysis for growth insights
- Deep knowledge of user acquisition, engagement, and monetization dynamics
