Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement company's long-term growth strategy
  • Operationalize cross-functional growth initiatives to meet DAU and MAU targets
  • Conduct strategic analyses to guide executive decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape product roadmaps and tests
  • Establish and oversee goals for DAU initiatives, ensuring accountability across teams
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Lead updates regarding DAU and MAU growth efforts

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in growth strategy or cross-functional roles in consumer technology
  • Experience leading company-level growth programs with visibility to executive leadership
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in large dataset analysis for growth insights
  • Deep knowledge of user acquisition, engagement, and monetization dynamics
