Head of US Commercial Client Onboarding and Client Service

For our client, we are seeking a Head of US Commercial Client Onboarding and Client Service to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will shape the strategy and operating model for commercial client onboarding and service delivery across the U.S. business. The role will focus on elevating client experience, strengthening operational execution, and driving process improvement across treasury management and commercial banking workflows. It will also partner closely with senior stakeholders to lead transformation, build accountable teams, and ensure service performance aligns with business goals.
