Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Term Life Insurance Sales organization
  • Define and own key performance indicators across various metrics
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of agents and managers
  • Improve and develop sales playbooks, scripts, and processes
  • Create coaching programs focused on agent and manager performance
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing on experimentation roadmaps
  • Partner with Finance to design staffing plans and manage compensation models

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of sales leadership experience with inside sales teams of 30+
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a sales organization
  • Deep expertise in term life insurance or adjacent protection products
  • Experience in designing agent compensation plans and performance management frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and telephony systems
  • Excellent coaching skills and ability to develop high-performance teams
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, using data to influence teams
