Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Term Life Insurance Sales organization
- Define and own key performance indicators across various metrics
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of agents and managers
- Improve and develop sales playbooks, scripts, and processes
- Create coaching programs focused on agent and manager performance
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing on experimentation roadmaps
- Partner with Finance to design staffing plans and manage compensation models
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of sales leadership experience with inside sales teams of 30+
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a sales organization
- Deep expertise in term life insurance or adjacent protection products
- Experience in designing agent compensation plans and performance management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and telephony systems
- Excellent coaching skills and ability to develop high-performance teams
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, using data to influence teams
